Tristan joined dialogos in 2015 as consultant and VP of Business Development, where he is leading the expansion and scaling of new and/or high-growth opportunities. Tristan also coaches executive-level clients, facilitates team-level engagements, and manages technology development projects.
Tristan’s approach to leadership strikes a balance between individualism and collectivism: Emphasizing responsibility for personal conduct, while appreciating and accounting for the larger systems in which people operate, which affect individual and collective behavior.
Tristan graduated with a BA from Cornell University (double major in Psychology and Sociology, Psi Chi, and Distinction in All Areas of Study), and earned his MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, where he was a Legatum Fellow, IDEAS Global Challenge award winner, and received the Sloan Sustainability Certificate. He has worked as a counselor, educator, non-profit director and for-profit enterprise developer in the US and abroad for over 12 years.
