Bradley began his professional life as a lawyer and for 20 years has served as a dispute mediator, facilitator, consultant and coach. For the past decade, he has traveled extensively to work with and learn from thought leaders in the fields of organization and social transformation in order to bring the clearest thinking and most effective methods to his clients. While Bradley works on all continents with organizations, executives, teams, and in cross-cultural and indigenous environments, he works extensively in the Pacific Rim countries and is based in Australasia.
Bradley coaches senior leaders in support of a variety of transformation projects. As a Dialogos coach he is experienced in a range of methodologies on which he draws to assist clients. He is a group coach, a Certified Action Learning Coach with the World Institute of Action learning, a ShadowWorks coach and Conflict Coach.
Bradley is an experienced mediator of organizational, business, community and cross-cultural disputes. He was recently lead consultant on a large-scale community consultation and internal transformation for a global mining group. He is a curriculum designer and board member with the Mawul Rom association, a path breaking remote indigenous cross-cultural leadership and mediation program.
Bradley teaches dispute resolution in professional programs as well as undergraduate and post-graduate courses at various universities. He is Visiting Fellow to the Law School at the University of Western Australia and Lead Trainer for LEADR, a pre-eminent Australasian membership body that promotes alternative dispute resolution, and accredits and refers mediators.
