The LCI consists of four in-person sessions, one-on-one coaching, guided practices, and interim virtual meetings over ten months.

Session 1

Dialogue & The Art of
Thinking Together

Introduces the transformative power of "thinking together," collective leadership, and systemic change. Grounded in the individual, where all genuine transformation begins, you'll cultivate a deep quality of personal presence that enables you to hold your "center" as stakes rise. Through deepening awareness of Self leadership, you’ll experience how personal transformation mirrors and catalyzes systemic change—the holographic nature of transformation. Leadership & Group Intellegence

Explore leadership through understanding both personal and collective shadows that shape performance. Learn how to transform shadow dynamics into sources of collective power and innovation. Master the implicit rules governing group knowledge creation and breakthrough performance. & Design

Reveals the dynamic power of living systems to enable or impede creative action. Focuses on both the interpersonal nature of systems and their structural aspects. Learn to perceive systemic structures in high and low-stakes settings—in yourself and others—and understand how these structures create unintended results. This perception enables you to artfully shape and set containers that allow transformation to emerge. Master a logical approach to untangling complexity, allowing clear design to emerge.

Build capacity to structure inquiry, assess system readiness for change, and elicit the deeper dream of those involved. About

Founded in 1995, dialogos pioneered methodologies in dialogue and generative change that have catalyzed breakthroughs in organizations and institutions worldwide. For three decades, these approaches have enabled profound results across global enterprises, international institutions, and investment firms.

Our legacy traces to 1990 when William Isaacs co-founded (with Peter Senge) the Center for Organizational Learning at MIT—a consortium of 25 leading companies dedicated to cross-organizational learning and change. Building on his work with physicist David Bohm, the Kellogg Foundation funded Isaacs to establish the MIT Dialogue Project, launching generative conversational experiments globally. This work established the theoretical and practical foundation for what would become dialogos.

Today, dialogos comprises world-class pioneers, practitioners, and thought leaders who partner with international institutions, Investors, and senior leaders across six continents. Our principals originated many methodologies now central to successful organizational development, including organizational learning, dialogue, and dialogic process consultation.
