Team Mastery
Team Mastery program is designed to increase the overall capacity of a leadership team to work, lead, coach, and innovate together.
It includes practical leadership skills, unique dialogos frameworks for thinking, diagnosing and designing systems, and accelerating the personal development of each team member.
The 10-month program includes the dialogos discovery process with an introductory call to participants, the dialogos leadership assessments, and three 2-day modules, with individual coaching between.
Four focus areas are woven into each model to progressively deepen insight and understanding of the leadership system of self, team, and organizational leadership.
Personal Mastery includes the core concepts and requirements of leadership, a leader's mindset and habits, and the discovery of a true leadership ‘voice.’
The Adaptive Team explores how to create, lead, and grow high-performance teams. In business, as in sports, the performance of a team is intentionally designed, structured, and practiced. Skills and tools include facilitating dialogue, mastering difficult conversations, and transforming teams.
Generative Coaching. Great teams require great coaching. The dialogos Generative Coaching method unlocks teams' potential by helping members understand and leverage their unique talents and abilities, giving accurate and constructive feedback, both corrective and positive, unlocking trapped thinking, and activating a commitment to learning and accelerated development.
The Collective Breakthrough process teaches teams to identify the right problem and skills to solve and leverage the solution to create an environment of safety or the ‘container’ as the foundation for transformation. It uses generative inquiry to identify the stuck memories and patterns in organizations so that conflicts and unintended consequences in teams can be resolved, and those energies can be focused on creating breakthrough results and innovations in organizations.
Participants meet in person quarterly for two days to intentionally grow the individuals' capability and cohesiveness. Interim virtual individual coaching between sessions is included to accelerate and deepen individual team members' learning. The Dialogos Leadership Assessments are also included.
